Jonathan, Irina, and daughter, Jacqueline Marie, have served as Assemblies of God World Missionaries in the Former Soviet Union — Russia, Belarus, and Latvia — since 1995. Jonathan has served as Academic Dean in two Bible schools of the Former Soviet Union and sat on the governing boards of three schools. He actively preaches and teaches, hosts ministry and construction teams, and partners with local believers developing churches, church camps, and other ministries in the Former Soviet Union. Jonathan holds a Doctor of Ministry degree with a concentration in Missions and Cross-Cultural Studies from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. His doctoral thesis, completed in 2009, entitled “Preparing for Service: A Resource for Western Missionaries Working with Russian Pentecostals” is a product of many years of missionary service. It incorporates practical ministry experience in the Orthodox context and strategic missions principles which reflect Frazier’s personal Pentecostal philosophy of ministry and missiology.

Brown, Wayne and Tammy

brownemail

Wayne, Tammy, and Rebecca Brown are directors of the Asia Pacific Student Abroad Initiative (APSAI).  Live, learn and serve cross-culturally. That is the heart of APSAI. Based in Bangkok, Thailand, APSAI gives students from Assemblies of God universities the opportunity to continue their education while engaging in hands-on ministry in a different culture. Students come alongside missionaries, local churches, and para-church organizations, participating in their ongoing work to reach the people of Thailand for Christ. Through teaching English, slum ministry, university outreach and other opportunities, APSAI students have an incredible platform to be light in a majority-Buddhist minority-Muslim nation where less than 0.3% of the population has an authentic relationship with Jesus Christ. APSAI prepares students for lifelong, missional faith, whether they pursue career missions or make the business world or classroom their mission field.
